The YGG-Monolith-01, also known as the "Yggdrasil Monolith 01," is a cutting-edge military base where the Aesirs conduct advanced monster experiments. Designed as a fortress of innovation, this facility combines high-tech research with ancient Norse traditions to push the boundaries of scientific discovery.

Numerous branches of Yggdrasil Monoliths exist, starting with 01, and each one serves as a hub for developing and training more Einherjars—elite monsters created to combat emerging threats. These monsters or Einherjars are enhanced through a fusion of technology and mythology, embodying the strength and resilience of their enemies.

The aesthetic and thematic elements of the YGG-Monolith-01 are heavily inspired by Germanic Norse mythology, along with the futuristic universes of Destiny 2 and Halo and Godfall. The design art deco features sleek lines, formidable brutalism architecture and Eco elements, evoking a sense of ancient power combined with modern warfare.
